It ranges from a one-day intensive session to modular programmes spanning several weeks, depending on the goals defined during the initial diagnostic.
A minimum of 5 participants for group training. Individual assessments, such as Staff Evaluation, have no minimum.
Yes, a SEWA Resources certificate of participation is issued for all structured training programmes.
Yes, we adapt delivery, in person or online, depending on faculty availability.
It depends on the format, duration and number of participants. After the initial diagnostic, we send a proposal with a defined scope and investment.
